GETTING READY COVERAGE
1-1.5 HOURS - getting ready
This is where we shoot your details & the final part of putting on your outfits if desired. We recommend 1 hour of getting ready coverage if everyone is getting ready one at the same place and 1.5 hours to 2 hours for different locations.
1-2 HOURS - portraits
We recommend shooting gals and guys separately and then bring your immediate family out for individual shots if you'd like! If you plan to do a first look, please know that we'd recommend 2 hours of time for the section of the day so that we can shoot bride & groom portraits as well.
CEREMONY
30 MINUTES - prep for ceremony
This is where we shoot details of the ceremony space and prep lighting & gear for the ceremony.
30 MINUTES-1 HOUR - ceremony coverage
COCKTAIL HOUR
10-20 minutes - family photos. We recommend keeping this list as small as possible if we’re not able to get any portraits prior to ceremony
10-15 minutes - big bridal party photos
15-20 minutes - photos of bride & groom around venue
10 minutes - photographers get detail shots of reception space
RECEPTION / DINNER
3-4 HOURS OF RECEPTION COVERAGE
Our couples typically book us to stay for about 3-4 hours of their traditional style receptions. This covers any formalities, dinner & about two hours or so of open dancing. If you have an exit planned at the end of the night, we recommend 4-5 hours of coverage. Having the appropriate amount of hour coverage is essential to capturing all of the candid & joyful moments in these days.
Our team has created a timeline in this proposal to meet your needs. This draft timeline is highly recommended from a photography point of view, however, they can be altered if needed later down the road.

How do we know who our photographer is for our wedding?
Our team is made up of local photographers who have been thoroughly trained by our founders, Sydney & Nick. Your photographer is paired up with you based on personality type & availability.
Is there a deposit?
Yes! To secure your date with us, we require a $1,500 deposit due at signing. We offer our couples payment plans throughout the process as well.
When do we get our photos?
We know you want to have all of your photos as soon as possible so our turnaround time is 3-5 weeks. This is extremely quick for industry standard.
